Intelbras

• Continued development of the condominium communication hub as a junior fullstack developer (Go, React, Lua, firmware on OpenWrt), building out larger features through to the product's recent launch.
• Became the main maintainer of the Android softphone (Java), used by nearly 10,000 monthly users across corporate and condominium settings, keeping it updated on the store — and eliminated for good the recurring issues with incoming calls via push notification when the app was closed.
• Became the point of contact between post-sales and development, joining meetings, tracking cases in Salesforce, and creating tasks to resolve issues reported by customers.

Intelbras

• Started out fixing bugs reported by post-sales on IP phones (C, Lua, AngularJS, firmware built with Yocto) and the Android softphone (Java), getting hands-on exposure to the product lifecycle and learning Android development hands-on.
• Picked up the condominium communication hub project from scratch: requirements gathering, architecture, an initial REST API, an MVP of the call-control application in Go via Asterisk's ARI, a MariaDB database, JWT authentication, and role-based access control (RBAC).

RNP - Brazilian National Research and Education Network

• Contributed to RNP's PGID research project integrating passkeys into a Shibboleth identity provider, building an MVP of the flow — a PostgreSQL schema, API endpoints in Java/Spring Boot, and screens in Thymeleaf.
• The MVP became the foundation for passkey authentication in CAFe (Brazil's federated academic and research identity community); I published and presented the results at the XXIII Brazilian Symposium on Information Security.
